This set of units meets the regulator's requirements for the approved WHS risk management units required by Statutory Position holders under the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022. For Current Statutory Position Holders: Stay compliant and up-to-date with the latest WHS regulations to ensure your ongoing effectiveness in your role. For Aspiring Statutory Position Holders: Prepare yourself to step confidently into your new role with the knowledge and compliance required under the latest legislation. Upon successful completion of all assessment tasks and payment of fees, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the units completed. You can complete the following units of competency: • BSBWHS414 Contribute to WHS risk management • BSBWHS411 Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs • BSBWHS513 Lead WHS risk management - is also available for higher level roles. The units you need to complete will be dependent on the Statutory Position you hold - as outlined in Schedule 26 of the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022. Duration: Up to 3 months
